Merry Christmas everyone, I haven't updated the blog for a while and this seems the appropriate time for an update.
As you can see I running again, Katie and I have been meeting on Saturdays for an easy 4 mile run.
Goal? there is none, just run, and run and being able to breath while running.
I'm running 4 times a week for now and maybe forever. The other day I was out on a run and I think I ran into an Endorphin.

Thursday Morning

Thursday morning, only concern was that I was running late.
When I got to the intersection and stop at the red light, I looked into my rear view mirror and saw a blue PT CRUISER coming at me real fast.

Hey I ran 3 miles tonight, pushing little Elijah around Liberty Park despite my sore neck!!

Not much going on here, just the doing our everyday stuff, Kathleen been doing some line dancing at the Westerner on Fridays.



But that's been put on hold for a bit, we are taking care of one Elijah Sloan on Friday afternoon. Works out, I tend from 2:30 to about 5:30 6:00 p.m. while I tending I take Eli for a jog around around liberty Park, can't figure out why everyone stares at me?

Fathers Day 2008

He's 25 and 25 years later I was hungry

He's 25 today, 25 years ago Laura and I waited for Him to be born. By the time it was done it was 11:00 o'clock p.m. and Laura, 15 years old at the time and I were both hungry.
Tonight's dinner was Tamales which we cooked from scratch. Which took awhile to cook, which is why again we were all hungry, because of Lucas.
But tonight He was doing the cooking with His brother Eric.

So it been a while since I placed anything on the blog, bare with me..First off I can start that Lucas finally came home from His outing in South America, as you can see, we were glad He was home..Lucas will be starting Nursing at the University of Utah this August..

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME

Few thing that have been going on, first off I guess my Aunt Clara passed away last Friday February 29th, the viewing and funeral were March 3rd and 4th.

Kathy leaves for Peru in 6 days.
Is She nervous, YES.. She'll be hooking up with Lucas. As I understand it He's headed for Peru now to meet Her.

We have a new live in, Danielle, She's 17 and technically She's Gabrielle's Niece..
So as it is we have two teenagers in our home..

Jake is supposed to be coming the 21st to spend a short time with us, while the Children are enjoying spring Break..

Also this weekend is the Moab half marathon, I'm so removed from running any more, I can't believe I be chomping at the bit to get down there. These days it getting all the Chihuahua and Schnauzer bombs picked up from the back yard, Long winter..
